HIghstead's Winter Dressage Series...
Every winter HRC hosts a dressage competition between November and Feburary on the second Sunday of each month. There are starter classes, walk/trot classes, preliminary level tests and novice tests. Competitors who are placed 1st to 6th get points which are talleyed up at the end of the season and awards are given for premilum, novice and junior champion Also on the first and last show day awards in the strater class are given for the"Best Turned Out".

Fun Day of Riding to Music!
This fun event offers riders of all styles, capability, and imagination - whether you ride english or western - a great way to show off your horse and express your creativity!!!
All you need is a short piece of music and away you go!!! You will be judged on your movements, style and how well you perform your pattern...
An appropriate date will be arranged soon for this show. We had previously sorted out a date for late December but had limited entries despite the interest we recieved, possibly due to the hectic time of year as it was just after Christmas and before New Year!! However, we intend to hold this event soon after the Highstead Winter Dressage Series and the date will be advertised on this website.
